Description/History:Christ Episcopal Church, NE corner of Walnut & Kimbrough, angle view of church front. Church is painted white with dark door. No leaves on large tree east of the church. Kentwood Arms Hotel shows in the background. It is the oldest church building in Springfield. On back of photo it says ältar trekked in by ox-cart from St. Louis in 1869. Size 5"x 7". Material: emulsion on paper, black and white.
